This little drawing shows just how beautiful the landscape is here on Block Island in winter...

This drawing was done for a wedding invitation ~ First, I did it in black and white but then thought perhaps a little water color would jazz it up...not sure which way I prefer it but I will leave it up to the bride and groom to decide!

This small cottage off High Street, Block Island was drawn recently from photos
taken in early summer.
It was a little surprise tucked away and had such a lovely backyard ~ so private
and hidden.

This pen and ink with watercolor was a commissioned drawing
and presented to the "new" owners of the Beachead Restaurant
on Block Island. It is a favorite haunt for many islanders and
open almost year round.

This was a drawing that was used to announce the birth of baby Rowan! The two sisters were excited about the new baby brother who was "arriving" around Christmas time and while climbing trees in the yard I got inspired to do this little drawing for the family.
