"Cottage by The Oar Restaurant"

The Oar is a popular restaurant on Block Island and this small cottage is where the (lucky) manager and his new wife live.  This was a commissioned  drawing for the newlyweds and even though it's the middle of winter here it depicts a glorious summer day complete with blooming sunflowers and the buoys on the fence.

"Light Dusting"

This is a house right off the main road but it has privacy even in Winter with the brush and the stone wall .  The colors of this day were simply beautiful as I love a gray day!!
